phpseclib has a CVE-2024-27355 mitigation bypass. Anyone loading untrusted ASN1 files (eg. X509 certificates, RSA PKCS8 private or public keys, etc). Issue has been patched in 1.0.29, 2.0.54, 3.0.52.

An uncontrolled resource allocation attack (also known as resource exhaustion attack) triggers unauthorized overconsumption of the limited resources in an application, such as memory, file system storage, database connection pool entries, and CPU. This may lead to denial of service for valid users and degradation of the application's functionality as well as that of the host operating system.
