Summary

Citizen is a MediaWiki skin that makes extensions part of the cohesive experience. Various preference messages are inserted into raw HTML, allowing anybody who can edit those messages to insert arbitrary HTML into the DOM. This flaw leads to a Cross-site Scripting vulnerability. This vulnerability affects starcitizentools/citizen-skin package versions 2.13.0 through 3.3.0.
