Summary
Vulnerability in the MySQL Server product of Oracle MySQL (component: Server: Packaging). Easily exploitable vulnerability allows high-privileged attackers with network access via multiple protocols to compromise MySQL Server. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in the unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of MySQL Server. This issue affects mysql-server versions through 8.0.40, 8.1.0 through 8.4.3, and 9.0.0-release through 9.1.0, and mysql-cluster versions through 7.6.32, 8.0.16 through 8.0.40, 8.1.0 through 8.4.3, and 9.0.0 through 9.1.0.
