Summary

Umbraco is a ASP.NET CMS. Under rare conditions a restart of Umbraco can allow unauthorized users access to admin-level permissions. This vulnerability affects "Umbraco.Cms.Infrastructure" and "Umbraco.Cms.Web.BackOffice" packages versions 9.0.0-beta001 through 10.6.0, 11.0.0-rc1 through 11.4.1, and 12.0.0-rc1 through 12.0.0.
