Summary
A vulnerability has been identified in the MySQL Cluster product of Oracle MySQL (component: Cluster: Internal Operations). This vulnerability is difficult to exploit and requires highly privileged attackers with access to the physical communication segment attached to the hardware where the MySQL Cluster executes to compromise MySQL Cluster. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in a takeover of MySQL Cluster. The vulnerability affects mysql-server versions prior to 7.4.39, 7.5.x prior to 7.5.29, 7.6.x prior to 7.6.25, and 8.0.x prior to 8.0.32.
