Summary

Harbor versions 1.0 through 1.10.12, 2.0 through 2.4.2, and 2.5 through 2.5.1 fails to validate user permissions while deleting Webhook policies, allowing malicious users to view, update, and delete Webhook policies of other users. The attacker could modify Webhook policies configured in other projects.
