Summary
An issue was discovered in Moodle versions before 3.1.11, 3.2.x before 3.2.9, 3.3.x before 3.3.6, 3.4.x before 3.4.3 and 3.5.0-beta. Students who submitted assignments and exported them to portfolios can download any stored Moodle file by changing the download URL.
