Summary

Absolute path traversal vulnerability in "downloadTrigger.jsp" in Alkacon OpenCms prior to 6.2.2 allows remote authenticated users to download arbitrary files via an absolute pathname in the "filePath" parameter. This has the same fix as CVE-2006-3935.

Path traversal (or directory traversal), is a vulnerability that allows malicious users to traverse the server's root directory, gaining access to arbitrary files and folders such as application code & data, back-end credentials, and sensitive operating system files.
