Summary
Decidim is a participatory democracy framework. In versions from 0.30.0 through 0.30.3 and from 0.31.0.rc1 through 0.30.9, private data exports may lead to data leaks in cases where UUID generation results in collisions for generated UUIDs. This issue is patched in versions 0.30.4 and 0.31.0
