Summary

Mautic is vulnerable to Relative Path Traversal/Arbitrary File Deletion due to the GrapesJS builder. Regardless of the level of access the Mautic user has, they can delete files other than those in the media folders such as system files, libraries or other important files. This vulnerability affects mautic/core versions 4.0.0-beta through 4.4.11 and 5.0.0-alpha through 5.0.3.

Path traversal (or directory traversal), is a vulnerability that allows malicious users to traverse the server's root directory, gaining access to arbitrary files and folders such as application code & data, back-end credentials, and sensitive operating system files.
